Dear apt developers.

I noticed the Norwegian Bokmål translation for APT was outdated, and
decided to spend some time to improve it. Here is an updated po file
fixing a few translations. Still some left, but I did not have time to
fix more this time.

Btw, did you consider maintaining the translations using a web based
translation system like
